Well I think I have resolved the issue, but all I did
was remove the Remote Control Toolkit.  I am not sure
the actual cause of the resets though.  Since I
removed   the remote control toolkit and did that
reset last week, I haven't had the issue. But I am
going to give it a few days to verify we don't have
the issue still.

When the issue WOULD occur, we weren't getting
anything.  It was actually connecting to the backend
instance it needed, except after like 2-3 seconds of
being "connected" to the windows instance, it would
just reset.  There were no numbers or anything other
then the normal dhcp information as the sunray booted.
 we have both SunRay 2's and SunRay 1's, both having
the issues.
