Try starting the SmartBoardService with -d option.
The SmartBoard SB560 - One with Serial interface works on Solaris
(Sun Ray Server) and also on Windows accessing it via RDP using Sun
Ray connector Ver 1.1/2.0 Beta.

Hi,
I've got one lined up here aswell. Ofcourse with a Serial connector
attached to it.
The Smartboard software software doesn't seem to be terminal server
compabtible because of the features it lacks when installed on a
Windows 2003 terminal server. (setting specific comports/autodetect
comports)
I installed the Native Solaris x86 version of the Smartboard software.
It does find the serial ports from the Sunray but is unable to
communicate with it.
I asked the provider of the smartboard for some debug tools but didn't
receive response yet. I also send them logging information from the
Native Solaris smartboard software.

Patrick
