Below is the error which we are receiving while using Sun ray thin clients.
We are unable to resolve this problem. We will appreciate if anyone can help
us in this regard.
My guess is that someone removed the SRSS directories
below /tmp/SUNWut, and/or possibly below /var/opt/SUNWut.
What do 'find /tmp/SUNWut' and 'ls -l /var/opt/SUNWut' show?
The usual cause of /tmp/SUNWut being destroyed is a cron
job that tries to "tidy up" /tmp by removing old files and
directories. If you have that kind of cron job then make sure
that it doesn't try to tidy up /tmp/SUNWut.
If /tmp/SUNWut has been trashed then to recover you'll
need to do a cold restart ('utrestart -c'). This will destroy
all existing Sun Ray sessions.
