I will have to try installing the uttsc connector (this is needed even if I
don't plan to use the Windows connector).  My impression was that kiosk was
a replacement for CAM.  In that on Linux I should now be able to make a
Gnome kiosk session (that say only launches a Firefox browser).  I'll try
installing the recommended packages above and follow the uttsc example.
