Are they "type 7" keyboards? This is a known issue (Sun Alert ID: 102848). The issue is resolved via a firmware patch delivered in SunRay server patch 120879-06 <http://sunsolve.sun.com/search/document.do?assetkey=urn:cds:docid:1-21- 120879-06-1> .

While logged in, everything is peachy and works perfect. When a user logs out, the keyboard stops working and the user is forced to power cycle the DTU to get keyboard functionality restored. I've changed out keyboards, so I know the problem isn't limited to a single keyboard. Any ideas? Thanks
