I just upgraded our Server (SunFire V880) to the 08/07 release of Solaris-10
and also upgraded from Sunray Server 3.1 to 4.0. Everything seems to work well
so far except that some smart cards are no longer recognized. They used to be
recognized as BullCP8-TB100 cards and worked all the time. These are our uni-
versity ID cards and it is quite convenient to use them. Afte rthe upgrade
they stopped working.

SO the ATR and the ATR history is correct for a Bull CP8 Tb100 card but I get
an "Error accessing Bull-CP8" from that configuration file while the same one
worked without a problem in 3.1. looking at the smartcard file, this seems to
indicate that the communication with the card does not work. I checked several
cards and none of them seem to work.
How can I debug this problem further? Is there any information available on
the smartcard file format?
