If you browse through the archive of this list there is a recipe.
Don't forget to install the i586 version of GDM after installation of

Thanks, Knut. With help from Matthew C. Aycock:

I succeeded with SRSS 4.0 on CentOS 5 x86_64. I have only trouble with admin
GUI. SunRay administration page appears with a message like: "Unable to
initialize connection module" (message is in french).
I have now 2 servers (quercy: Sparc/Solaris 9 and SRSS 3.1 and madiran: Centos
5 x86_64 and SRSS 4.0) and I would like now to be able to choose the server
depending on the smartcard inserted (or lack of smartcard). I try AMGH with
provided shell script. I am able to get username with AMGH but the server
didn't change.
Is it possible to do what I want with AMGH ?
If yes, what could be wrong ?
Are your two servers in a single FOG? If so, this can't work. AMGH
server selection is designed to work between separate FOGs, not within a
single FOG.
If you don't mind an unsupported solution, and you don't mind hacking
some software, you could easily
- write a wrapper for utswitch that chooses a server based on the token
type, and
- instrument /usr/dt/config/Xsetup to run it
(this is similar to how the auth.props selectAtLogin feature launches
utselect).
But you need to think hard about how failover is supposed to work in
this scenario. If you really want card users one place and non-card
users another, then failover isn't really an option without at least
four servers (two in each FOG).
