That's an interesting question. In fact, it is theoretically possible to
configure a VPN server that runs the KAME implementation of IKE. That
software supports both the client and server sides of the Cisco
protocol. It hasn't been done, however, and there may be some
modifications required to get it to work with a Sun Ray.
