A really good box for your needs would be Sun Fire X2100 or X2200 M2
Server. You can run Redhat, or Solaris.

Subject: [SunRay-Users] HW Specs for Server

Hi All

I have 10 Sunray 1g thin clients. And I have installed RHEL4 Update 3 on
a VMServer and tested two of the clients with KDE and I liked the
results.

I need to know the hardware specs per Sunray client for a server I want
to purchase as a SunRay Server. I have a max of 10 thinclients.

The users will be doing web browsing, document processing reading emails
and terminal sessions to a windows server.

What is the recommended hardware needed ?

Thanks
