You will need three things: Memory, memory, and memory. :-)
CPU-wise you should not have any problems. But plan on at least
512MB of RAM for each concurrent user. Of course, more is better.
I would say you would be fine with a dual core and 4GB memory. Only
issue is if you get one person stuck on a flash heavy website it could
chew a whole core. But with such a small number of users it's probably
easy to teach good Sun Ray etiquette.
