Somewhat OT, but related...
I went with Solaris because it was my understanding that USB support was
better there than with Linux. That was one of the major issues with us
choosing SunRays, users had to be able to use USB thumb drives in the
lab. I would much rather use Linux because I am much more proficient on
it, but will continue to use Solaris as long as this is an issue. Is
this still a problem with Linux? Can the Linux host handle graceful
mounting/unmounting of USB devices on clients yet?
You may now continue viewing your regularly-scheduled thread...
Thanks.

Hi folks,
Here's something I've been wondering (and please don't take this as any
indication of future direction or intent, I'm just a curious developer
wanting to leverage our terrific User Group to get a little feedback,
particularly regarding gdm scalability/robustness/experience):
How many of you have a Linux server running SRSS with a large number of
Sun Ray sessions typically on it?

I wonder who holds the record in this group :), and would be interested
in hearing what the experience was.
Thanks,
Bob
