We run 4 different setups.
One Solaris 9 server used by the network gurus. Used by about 10 people.
One RHEL4 server for students. It has 32 desktops conected but usually
less than 10 users.
One group with two servers on RHEL4 for IT services dept. 13 desktops
One group with 14 RHEL4 servers that serve as a general purpose group
for all employees. This group has 154 desktops connected, and some
120-130 active users.
The last group is put together using retired computational nodes
from an cluster used for heavy numerical computing. By today's
standard, these nodes aren't very fancy at all.

Hi folks,
Here's something I've been wondering (and please don't take this as
any indication of future direction or intent, I'm just a curious
developer wanting to leverage our terrific User Group to get a
little feedback, particularly regarding gdm scalability/robustness/
experience):
How many of you have a Linux server running SRSS with a large number
of Sun Ray sessions typically on it?

I wonder who holds the record in this group :), and would be
interested in hearing what the experience was.
Thanks,
Bob
