I'm interested in using touchscreen monitors with Sunrays. In
searching this mailing list, I found a couple references to ELO and
Trident touchscreens. However, it wasn't exactly clear what hardware
was used and how it was implemented. Additionally, the thread was over
a year old, so I'm wondering if any progress has been made in this
area since then.
Does anyone know of a specific make/model of touchscreen that is known
to work with SRSS4? Are there any details on how to go about setting
it up? I would prefer to use Solaris since we will be using kiosk
mode, but I can make due with Linux if needed. An integrated monitor
+touchscreen for use with the Sunray2 is the primary concern, however
there is also an interest in using touchscreens (integrated or addon)
with 3rd party Sunray laptops and/or tablet devices.
Any information or advice will be greatly appreciated.
