This is a known bug in SRSS-on-Linux. It's fixed in the next
release of SRSS.

SRSS-on-Solaris can have a similar problem if the operating
system's supposedly monotonic high-resolution timer skips
backwards. That isn't supposed to happen, but Solaris in the
past has had a couple of bugs in this area and we've had
recent reports of backward skips when Solaris is running in a
VM, so the next release of SRSS will defend against backward
skips in this timer too.

Forward skips can be unpleasant too, but unless they're
enormous they probably won't have a noticeable effect. If they
are enormous (minutes rather than seconds) then they can
cause Sun Ray units to be temporarily disconnected from the
server. I don't think they can cause a session to be destroyed.
