I didn't seems to find any response for this.
If it is already answered please ignore my response.
If you select NO to the Admin GUI question then it won't install
the corresponding Admin GUI functionality related packages
such as SUNWfutwa, SUNWfutwh,SUNWfutwl but it installs
always other locale packages that used by other tools sunmc,
utmhconfig...
