Is there a resolution for existing r10 units with the issue? I think we
have a batch of 100 that all have this issue when used with a VGA
monitor (currently using primarily with DVI so it's not a blocker, but
still an issue for some stations not using DVI).

has been resolved? I am about to order a batch of Sun Ray 2's
and can get a great deal on VGA only monitors.
