FCS errors on a Cisco switch typically indicate a duplex mis-match.
And I would strongly second Jim Klimov's recommendation to enable portfast on SunRay ports to disable STP for that port.

P.S.: Well, i know, Align-Err, FCS-Err and Runts are normally a sign for bad NICs, cables and so on.But i can't understand, why all actice SunRays have this errors.
