According to this page:

Sunray support for OpenSolaris is "coming soon". But I believe one of the
Sunray guys on here said there's still quite a bit of work to be done...

Is there a real ETA? Trying to decide if I should go to the trouble of
building a Solaris 10 image on Xen or if coming soon is not too far away, I
might wait.
Now I'm trying to use GDM with SRSS on SXDE. It doesn't work for me. I
hope I'll solve this problem. There were several reports about
succesfull installation of SRSS in OpenSolaris 2008.05. I've followed instruction at
http://wiki.sun-rays.org/index.php/Sun_Ray_on_OpenSolaris_2008.05 . I
took xmgr scripts for gdm from rpms supplied in SRSS. I had to modify
these scripts(to write correct paths and so on). But I have 26 D. GDM
doesn't work.

This page is actually obsolete and should be replaced. The author was unaware of some details that we built in to SRSS 4.1 to support this deployment more easily (I mean "support" in the sense of "make it work", not "customer support will help you resolve all issues" - it's still experimental).

A while back I mailed a version that I wrote that is in sync with the 4.1 final release which should be available in the mail archives. I know that an engineer is cleaning it up and intends to post it to the wiki shortly.
