Hi,

Does SRSS still depend on gdmdynamic ?
The GDM version which SUSE ships with opensuse11 does not contain a
gdmdynamic
anymore (2.24).
That's unfortunate, it seems that opensuse11 has switched to the new
rewrite of GDM, which has lost a lot of functionality (e.g. theming,
much of its configurability, and support for dynamic display
management). That functionality will have to be added back in to gdm
before it can support Sun Ray.
Any suggestions ?
I'd build and install the older version of GDM (2.20) for now.
I'm copying Brian Cameron, one of the GDM community maintainers (who
happens to work for Sun), to see what insight he can offer here into
what the future may hold.

Hi all,
I'm playing a little bit with Sunray 4.1 on Opensuse 11.
It starts to work, except the sound. Opensuse is now using
Pulseaudio as
general sound system. I uninstalled pulseaudio, but it didn't help.
Anyone better luck?

Wouter
