We also have the 26D problem, but not quite like you have it. You say power cycling the SunRay fixes the problem?
Have you applied the latest SunRay patch? OK, it did help a bit as I don't have to do a utrestart on the servers anymore - turning the DTU off and on again is now sufficient to get the login screen back. Still, it is annoying, and does not help getting a high level of acceptance. Can anyone help?
