You don't give us much information about what you did or what you expected that doesn't happen.
What version are you trying to install? (I suppose 4.1) Have you installed all required RPMs documented in the installation guide? Did you reboot immediately after utinstall has completed? Did you run utconfig to configure the service? How did you enable 'the network'?
