Have you installed all required RPMs documented in the installation guide?

Did you reboot immediately after utinstall has completed? Yes
Did you run utconfig to configure the service? Yes
How did you enable 'the network'? "/opt/SUNWut/sbin/utadm -L on"
What interfaces and IP addresses does your server have (ifconfig -a output)?
