Nope. This is a school setup which massively inserts and removes USB sticks
at leisure. Pupils buy their own, most of the volumes are simply named
unnamed or noname ;-)

The error is rather severe; the system will die a horrible death, either
quickly or slowly. Graceful shutdown/reboot is impossible, the ILOM on the
X4150 won't even poweroff anymore. Only a commandline stop -force will work,
completely pulling the power.

The only thing we know right now is that it's related to the USB mounts. We
really need to have a way of telling which user inserted which USB stick
that made it all go belly-up this bad.
