Have you tried without the View agent installed? or without the TCX
extensions installed? Since we both are using a Direct Show filter,
there may be a conflict with the latest View agent. There may also be
an important order to which they must be installed.

Has anyone been able to get the MMR support in Sun Rays to work with
VMware View?
We have both Sun Ray 2 and Sun Ray 2 FS and have tried the following:
Windows XP SP2, View Agent installed
Windows XP SP2, View Agent installed, Sun MMR package installed
Windows XP SP2, View Agent installed, Sun MMR package installed,
FFDshow installed
The last two methods render any videos played through Windows Media
inoperable, and the first option with the View Agent doesn’t sync
the video with the audio.
Any suggestions?

Nick Ross
