Hi Patrick,

Perhaps the issue is SLES? Have you tried running SRSS on a Solaris VM? I'm 
running around 100 sunrays in production on a pair of Solaris VMs on ESX 3.5 
without issue. Also are you running the VM tools in your SLES VM?
