Physical, two FOGs of three Dell blades each. One cluster is SRSS 4.0 on CentOS 5.2, the other is SRSS 4.1 on CentOS 5.2. Personally I can't remember seeing the problem on SRSS 4.1 but other users assure me it still exists and even say it's worse (dozen key repeats versus two or three).
