Update...

We found it is not server specific, but it can happen on either server.
Here is the use case:
User Inserts Card
SRWC launches connection with serial mapping
User Logs In
User tries change port /query
1 of 2 things occur, either:
Returns with the com ports showing
OR
hangs for 2 mintues, and only returns the AUX.

We have narrowed it down to the SRWC. We are using SRWC 2.1, and need to
know if downgrading to 2.0 with patch 127556-03 would resolve this issue,
even though we would lose the streaming media capabilities.

Do you know when the next patch for SRWC 2.1 will be released and is there a
known bug where the serial port will sometimes map and will sometimes not.
We saw it working and then break within a session that worked two minutes
previously, no roaming, just doing serial communication.

We have ruled out the Terminal Server as when we transfer the same session
from the sunray to a PC (the RDP session) the serial ports map flawlessly,
but when we launch the SRWC it is a coin toss on it working.

If you need more information please reply

Thank You for your help.
