I have an audio issue which be linked. Within my script I run :- /opt/SUNWut/bin/utset -o s=a,v=20,m=off
However users are, on occasion, experiencing audio coming from the terminal only (even with headphones plugged in) within a MS 2008 Terminal Services session -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Darrel Hankerson Sent: 10 August 2009 21:14 To: SunRay-Users mailing list Subject: [SunRay-Users] uttsc and audio output How can we force headphone-only audio when using uttsc? Unlike rdesktop, uttsc changes output settings to speaker and headphone whenever the volume control in Windows XP is moved. The case of interest is in a VMware vdm arrangement, but I've tested uttsc directly. The connection honors whatever I give to utset (e.g., -o s=h,m=on) but switches audio to headphone and speaker if volume is adjusted. We're in a lab arrangement where this isn't acceptable. We could live with s=a in utset if it would stick. Config: Solaris/x86, SRSS 4.1 and 4.2EA. -- Darrel Hankerson _______________________________________________ SunRay-Users mailing list [email protected] http://www.filibeto.org/mailman/listinfo/sunray-users This email and its attachments may be confidential and are intended solely for the use of the individual to whom it is addressed.
