This one is actually a case for utresadm rather than utxconfig.
Item (3) describes that the session has got the right size, but the Sun
Ray doesn't drive the monitor at that size.

1. Power on.
2. If the Sun Ray is plugged directly into the projector the Sun Ray
splash screen looks like it is 640 x 480

scroll to move around the TS Screen.
4. If I unplug the projector and plug into a standard monitor (while
in session) the screen on the monitor displays perfectly.
5. I then plug back into the projector (still in session) and the
display on the projector now looks fine.
6. I can replicate this issue again by using Stop+A or by rebooting
the terminal. This then takes us back to point 2 in this process.
