Gents,

Just to let you know the solution. The customer had a VGA cable from
the ceiling mounted projector to a socket on the wall. Downloaded
Moninfo and when plugged into the wall it didn't pick up the DCC.
Plugged a VGA directly into the back of the projector and moninfo got
details. Then plugged DTU in and it was fine.... Damn those cheap
cables!!!!
