Brad, I just tried that and while it did have some effect, it did nothing for the task bar. The problem remains unchanged.

Have you tried gnome-cleanup for one of the affected users?

Note that this will reset any JDS/gnome configuration by the user.


Bob, all our systems have Solaris 10, although the version on the SRSS is newer 5/08 vs 1/06 on almost all the other systems.



Do you by any chance have users connecting to different versions of Solaris/JDS than they have connected to in the past? If so, what versions?
