Does anyone know if there is a way to configure a controlled browser in kiosk
mode similar to older version of SRSS? I can configure kiosk mode to run an
application and enter the full path to run Firefox or Mozilla but it's not
exactly full screen the way the old controlled browser was.

As I said, after you run utxconfig you must log out in order to start a
new server with your specified preference.
