I got it,

As I went just to upgrade from SOL9 to SOL10, I needed an user for the SSH connection. So I created mdubois with the UID 70000. In fact, on the NFS mdubois login's got the 70002. So when I connected my login can't write inside the /var/tmp/gconfd-mdubois which had the UID 70000. I remove the directory and the login is working.

Thank you for your help ..........

Go into that user's home directory and do:

$ rm -rf .gconf* .gnome*

Warning: this will result in the loss of some data and settings.
