This is actually a basic issue and it's not acceptable that it's still
not solved.
If you have a support contract with Sun, please contact your Sun
representative and escalate the problem.
We cannot promise or predict delivery of specific fixes through any
other channel. (And afaiu you need a support contract to be entitled to
patches anyhow.)
