Ok, that is the policy I use so I am experiencing this bug.
Any idea when a patch will be available?

Maybe I did not noticed the old firmware because utfwload does not

I thought utfwadm -a would give me at least 3 lines with firmware
information instead of 1.
There is a known bug that utfwload does not show firmware information
for units that currently show a server policy icon (white symbol +
status code on blue background with SRSS 4.2; purple bevel 'button'
with older releases).
If you have a 'card access only' policy, so that the 'pseudo...'
tokens show an 'insert card' (60) icon, that would result in the
missing utfwload lines.
