I had a similar problem when setting up my new [at the time] SRSS 4.1
server: whenever I logged out of Windows [or cancelled a login], there
was a 30 second delay before getting back to the beginning. This was
using the preset command that you set up in the GUI ["SunRay Connector
for Windows OS"]. I then introduced a customized splash screen [in
/etc/opt/SUNWkio/sessions/], which gives the users a pretty graphic and
buttons to choose from for different functions. The delay went away.
So by *adding* a process, I somehow reduced the delay. I eventually
concluded [never got an official explanation] that my splash screen was
somehow bypassing another parallel process that was taking a long time
to finish.

The reason I noticed this was on the previous systems I had built, the
delay never occurred; these were SRSS 4.0.

If you really want the gory details, contact me and I'll try to dredge
through the ol' gray matter.

Hi!

I have an IBM 3650 server with following configuration:

Solaris 10 release 2008

Sun Ray Server Software 4.1

Windows Connector 2.1

Windows server 2003 running on Sun Fire X4200 M2

Problem Description:

Whenever a user log off from windows session the screen turns black,
after a while error code 26D appears and finally returns to windows
login screen. This process takes between 20 secs to 1.5 mins.

When the windows session logged off the critical uttsc application exits
, so the session terminates
and creates a new session. Looks like normal behavior.
