Sounds like the account "utwww" already exists. Did you perhaps configure it before but not successfully unconfigure it before now? Check /etc/passwd and /etc/shadow for the utwww account. Maybe you have to delete it before running utconfig? I'm not sure, as I've never run into this problem [I would have thought utconfig would have taken care of this automatically].
