Hey there. I'm having issues getting the VMware View 4 and Sun Ray 5 to work together. I just see the repeated flash of the View Connector splash page as it tries to connect, before the Sun Ray session stops then try to reconnect to the View Server. Here's my configuration, which is part of a test/dev and evaluation environment.
M4000 server Solaris 10 u8 Sun Ray Server 4.2 SRWC 2.2 SRVC 1.1 meta-kiosk script SRVC arguments : -s <*myviewservename*r> -http -no-auto-login -- -m -b Additonal issue includes not being able to restart kiosk sessions with the kioskrestart command. I run this as root from a non-sun ray remote console, after editing the Kiosk Mode in the Sun Ray Admin GUI. I get the following error. Error: failed to connect to kioskcritd (for app=true) kioskrestart: error: could not terminate session for user root I'm listing this just in case the two issues are related. I'm not administering the VMware Server, but I would like to be able to to provide the admin info on settings should be checked and changes to be made. Thanks for any and all assistance Dante
