I have read the recent news and data sheets on Sun Ray 3+
I have not found any statements on what the USB 2.0 throughput is
like.
I would be happy to receive some figures/timings on what data
throughput
is achieved too a USB memory stick in a Sun Ray 3+ with:
1) Gigabit connection all the way from the server through a
gigabit distribution switch to the SR3+
2) Gigabit from server to a distribution switch, but 100
Mbit from switch to SR3+
The second scenario is likely in a lot of customer sites.
This info will be extremely valuable to understand if it is , and
how much , desirable for the
customer to upgrade the distribution Ethernet switches.
