Subject: [SunRay-Users] UTTSC fails to close properly

Here is my problem

1. Users claim they logged off the previous day.
2. The user comes in the next morning and cannot log on, After
putting in their username and password, either of the following two
occur:
   2.1 A Sun screen indicates "Connecting to . . . . . . "
2.2 The screen goes blank, and shows a mouse cursor.

In both the above situations, nothing changes, even if left for several
minutes.

What we have found resolves the issue is:

R1 Log into the VM via VMWare Infrastructure Cient Console, and log
off.
R2 Reset The USers VM

What I have noticed is that even while the user cannot log in, the VM
is available via RDP.i.e I can log into that VM via RDP.

Is there anything we can do to resolve this permanently?

Regards,

MvV
