The ctrl+pause+modifier sequence is used for sun keys on non-sun
keyboards like the volume keys or getting into the GUI menu.
However the CTRL+Pause part can't be modified making keyboards that
don't have a pause key useless for theses sequences. Apple keyboards
also lack a pause key.
