I had the same problem. I reboot fixed it once, but in the end I had to utconfig -u and reconfigure it.

Fresh install on Solaris 10 - SRSS 4.2 and when I try to start the admin console I get the following error: "Could not initialize login module" at the login screen. Any ideas?
