We have this issue at our site.

The ICA Client is offset 1 pixel to the left for some reason. The small line
down the right side is actually the window or background that is behind the
ICA Client. In our case, you can see the 1 pixel width of the web browser
they used to login to the Citrix session.

Do your clients disconnect and re-connect their sessions across different
resolution devices?

I am not far away from logging an issue with Citrix.
