I figure this may be a bit off topic, but it's related to our Sun VDI
environment with VMWare..

A bit of background first.. We're running VDI 3.1 (no patches at the moment)
with plans to update to 3.2 in the next few months. Originally, we ran
Virtualbox for our VM infrastructure and later switched to vSphere 4.

Our issue is that a small handful of users have issues with their VMs randomly
locking up and the RDP session being terminated (vCenter shows the machine as
100% CPU, but since the machine is hung, we can't tell WHY). We never had any
lockup issues under Virtualbox. The users have had their profiles cleared to
rule that out, and the lockups don't happen with a specific application. If the
user is connecting remotely from SGD, then their session is stable and they
don't see any lockups. Also, other XP VMs in this environment that are NOT
connected to via Sun Rays are fine.

Overall, a majority of users don't have these problems, but I'm stuck trying to
figure out what would have changed between Sun Ray+Virtualbox and Sun
Ray+VMWare.

Thanks!
