I did perform the reboot after upgrade.  I ran the utctl enable and it did not 
fix the problem.

Another thing you might try (if you *did* reboot) is running 
"/opt/SUNWut/lib/utctl enable", which performs (most of) the activation 
manually, specifically the portion related to rebuilding drivers. Please let us 
know if that fixes your issue (and reboot didn't).
