We have a problem for one user that is using Comcast cable service. His sunray client works fine from my house (DSL) and I think I have other user are using Comcast with very few issues. I have also seen it when I have a very poor network connection and also when using Satellite internet service. The sunray client DTU connects to the VPN server but can not connect to the Sunray servers. I tried changing MTU sizes on the DTU but had no affect. Has anybody else seen this problem.
