We really like the Motorola (Symbol) line of USB scanners. We primarily use the LS-2208 model for Point-of-Sale applications and the LS-3658 (ruggedized & RF) for industrial applications. Both work out of the box with the Sun Ray and have performed very well in the field. I would expect most of the USB LS line would be similar.
