We aren't using Windows desktops - only Linux desktops. No reason to add complexity and another license for these kiosks. I'm currently looking into the kiosk accounts with follow-me printing.

We, at "I", don't see CUPS used in this way often, but if it's working for you great! I don't see SRS Kiosk mode changing that.
