I'm was trying to downloads since last week, after registration on
http://edelivery.oracle.com I'm getting below message.

      Export Validation

Your access to E-Delivery has been temporarily delayed while we process your
registration information in compliance with U.S. Export Administration
Regulations and applicable export laws.

An email notification will be sent to you when the Export Validation process
is completed. At that time you will be able to access E-Delivery using the
same login information previously used, including case-sensitive letters and
punctuation.

If access delay due to Export Validation presents a significant issue for
your operations, please contact [email protected]. For more
information about the Export Validation process please go to our Frequently
