I'll see if I can contact the edelivery folks and see if they can share anything pertinant with regards to your attempt, if so I'll contact you directly. I know that glitches can occur. At one point the internal Sun address space was accidentally deemed as an export controlled range and many of us legacy Sun folks could not even download the latest JRE. It also could be that using a gmail account proves impossible to validate the export control process. Do you have a company based email account you can try in the meantime?
